SHIPPING POLICY
I ship to U.S. and its territories only.
Regular shipping schedule is 2-3 business days after payment, Monday through Friday.
HOW MAILED
Books, Vhs, dvds are shipped by media mail via USPS. Media mail is cheaper, but slower. Buyer should allow 4-10 days for arrival in “normal circumstances.”
Price Upgrades to first class or priority mail shipping can be adjusted prior to purchase if I am contacted beforehand or invoiced through Paypal. Additional cost of First class or Priority will depend on the condition, size, and weight of item or items to be shipped.
TRACKING
Tracking number will be uploaded into Paypal and emailed to you after shipping.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Buyer is responsible for correct shipping address. Packages returned as Undeliverable require new postage.
RETURNS
In the event that Seller have erred and item is not as described, pictures of flaws or detailed statement of issues will be required before any instructions pertaining to a return will be initiated.
Please email first regarding all returns.
Buyer will pay return shipping. Once return is received (if so instructed) and problem verified, the original payment AND return shipping cost will be refunded if due to seller mistake.
* I accept returns for seller error only. Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, found a better deal, cat didn’t like it reasons are not eligible for refunds. Shipping is an added expense of online shopping. Please refrain from impulse buying!
